From 24th june 2019, i have placed several complaints to bsnl/trai for unsolicited commercial communications to dnd registered bsnl no. But no action taken yet now. My mobile no is dnc registered.in spite of repeated complaints commercial calls/sms received in this bsnl no. Always message received from bsnl "your complaint is received regarding dnd, complaint registration number will be sent shortly - bsnl mobile" no complaint number received so far. BSNLLandline[protected]surrendered in July 2018 at Santoshnagar office, hyderabad and no dues with dept. Required application along with bank account number details were also given. Till date the deposit paid Landline was not refunded by BSNL.
