I have recharge with the amount of rs.290 on 21-oct-2017 at 7.00pm by diwali special offer of bsnl’s diwali laxmi extra talk time offers via online payment but till now i didn’t get recharged and didn’t refunded. Past 10 days i have continuously contact and complaint to your local customer care services but they are not providing proper response to us till now. So you could take action about our recharge or kindly refund our money as soon as possible.

from may 2017 here was no net work, it was totally stoped and working from 28/10/2017, but my bill is has been charged, but why should i pay bill ? your company is not provide us network, our phone was totally stop from last few months, who is responsible for this ? suggest me please,
