Sir/ Madam, On 25.03.22 I sent messege on 1900 for port out, I got reply from 1901 that "UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance". After that I several time called to BSNL service centre, submitted complaint and they assured me that the problem will be solved before 28 March at 11:49, but still the problem not solved and when I called again to customer care they asked me to reach at BSNL exchange office for further assistance. Sir, Today on 28.03.22 my recharge validity will be expired. Still no fruitful results came out for generating a UPC code. Was this information helpful? |
