For last 3 weeks I am trying to generate UPC for my BSNL number because I wanted to port my BSNL number to Airtel but I am getting thi error whenever I try to generate UPC "UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance. "
I contacted BSNL customer care daily from last 3 weeks but they just say we are sharing you issue with our back-end team and it will be resolved in 24 hours but till now i am getting same message from BSNL as if they intentionally wanted there end customer to get frustrate and continue with the there pathetic service.
