Sir,
My wimax connection (Lb[protected] is not working from 16/09/2019. I tried to register a complaint through toll free number ([protected]) but the agent said that their network is down so they can not take complaints. I tried 4 days continuously, always their replay is like this.
Malayattoor telephone exchange already stopped wimax support, and said that they don't have facilities to serve us.
When i call kalady telephone exchange they also do not answer the phone call. What will i do to solve this issue...??

My landline and broadband are not working since 1 month . inspite of repeated complaints nothing has happened .
the unavailability of landline is causing lot of hardships to me and my family
i am frustrated and nobody is bothered
on top of that i am saddled with phone bill
