On JAN 27 2022, I contacted the Mancherial BSNL office for a new broadband connection, and an employee in the office gave me a mobile number of a person named Moinuddin and said to contact him.
On the same date I contacted him and he came to my home address in Mandamarri mandal, and said that he will install the broadband connection on FEB 01 2022.
Later on FEB 01 2022, he came to my home address and took a picture of me and my Aadhar card, and said he will install broadband connection by the end of the day but he didn't.
I was calling him regularly for the next 3 days, he was postponing everytime and he stopped answering my phone calls. I finally called him with another mobile phone then he answered my phone, he was such an irritating person, and was again postponing installing my broadband connection.
I do work from home. I was managing all those days with a mobile hotspot. I was eager to get a broadband connection, but the BSNL representative kept on postponing installing my broadband connection and not answering my phone calls. We had a quarrel.
So I said to him that I don't want to get a BSNL broadband connection. And I took a third party broadband connection from a local vendor.
Now, on MARCH 6 2022, I received a bill for FEB 2022, along with installation charges which he hasn't installed,
I haven't got any broadband connection from BSNL. I only received mail in which I found the above numbers.
I have contacted BSNL customer service and they said, they can't do anything, even they can't book a complaint against that representative, later I have emailed the complaint to [protected]@bsnl.co.in, but it's of no use, i haven't received any acknowledgment till date
WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW ?
Should I pay the bill without getting any connection ?
