Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Without prior notice sudden increase in bill amount | |||||
As i am a BSNL Wimax User from last 1 year and i was paying my bill in bsnl office from past 9 months but from last 2 months i was paying my wimax bill through online portal. As my plan was of 902 rupees (inc. all tax ) but from last 2 month i was costing rs 1012, last month i paid rs1012 (including late fees payment) but this month also i was costing the same amount as the last date for payment is 19th of every month, i did not know why it costing this much from last 2 months. i do not have any knowledge or prior notice from bsnl of sudden increase of the charges. my wimax account is from khushbu pathak and my wimax id is:UB10302848 ACCOUNT NO:[protected] CONTACT NO:[protected] so, i request you to please sort out my problem asap, as i was facing too many problem Was this information helpful? | |||||
Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Feb 09, 2017 pothanaaditya's response I want to deactivate the BSNL hungama plan activated on my number. please do it immediately. My land line number is[protected]
