Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — worst experience for broadband connection | |||
Place:-tuticorin Went to bsnl office to apply new broadband connection for wfh due to covid19. Got one local cable number apple fibre net and requested for new connection, they said it's not possible because of i have another cable connection and union won't allow. Went to bsnl office again and got one more number jnte and send all the necessary information and requested her again it's emergency for wfh. Finally after 3 hrs she told her cousin died and she will do it only after 3 days. Went 3rd time to bsnl office requested for connection again and said it's urgent. They asked me to meet de selina madam, went to her office and said need new connection she told immediately please come after 10 min waited outside for 10 min and went again and after that she told that she is busy and asked me to come tomorrow. Understand there is no use of applying bsnl broadband connection. And tried another network. One of the worst network i ever seen.. Was this information helpful? | |||
