Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Wrong deduction from mobile account for special 30 pack while streaming network

Hi, while streaming network i got a message like "your pack special 30 pack rs49 7 days (51010) is activated". also, the amount got deducted from my mobile account ([protected]). i tried contacting the customer care but didn't get much help.
Date of deduction: 13th october 2016
Kindly note that "the promotional scheme is valid up to[protected]."
The pack has been deactivated as of now.
Please look into this and refund the amount.
