Bharat Sanchar Nigam [BSNL] — Wrong disconnection

I have registered with bsnl portal and downloaded their app through which i made a payment of rs.1405 - as shown pending towards my landline bill. Receipt no. Fcdr[protected] was sent by them and the amount was deducted from my bank. At present bsnl is claiming that payment is still pending and they had disconnected my out going. My several visits to their office turned futile. This shows the poor knowledge & negligence of the staff controlling portal. Bsnl should correct their fault and reactivate my landline immediately. Hi,

I have lost my mobile along with sim card, number [protected]. I tried with reaching out to to customer care no: [protected] but the customer care guy asked me to call after 5 or 6 hrs or call next day since their server is down.

Request you to please block my number
