On 29/10/2017, mob no. [protected], was recharged with Rs 141 twice. It has to be recharged once but by mistake it was done twice. On contacting customer care, they denied the refund for second recharge but assured double benefit which included 2000 minutes talktime, 200 sms and 2GB internet data per day(all for a month). I have assured this 3-4 times contacting customer care. But on 31/10/2017, on exceeding usage of 1GB internet data, the main balance was charged of 432.50 Rs.
As per the assurance by customer care, it should have been after the usage of 2 GB. On contacting further on this issue to customer care, they denied such a benefit. Actually, first they denied the benefit for second recharge of 141 Rs citing the reason of lapse of second recharge, but later covered it with the benefit of 2000 Min talktime, 200 sms & only 1GB of daily internet data, which itself is contrary to the double benefit offer assured by them on contacting earlier.
I have a complaint no. 490799, for providing wrong information, providing partial benefit & non-refund of second recharge.
So, I request you to take right action & refund me all the money that is deducted from this account.
