I suspect someone else misused my BB Internet dat, because it's impossible to consume 2GB dat with in two days, because we are uploading/downloading any huge sizes file, normally we are using for checking mails and chatting . Had sent detail mail to [protected]@bsnl.co.in on 03/03/16 also made complaint through customer care and local bsnl office but so far no response from anyone . Mail content attached for reference

actually I made previous month payment on 28/02/2016 through online, even received confirmation mail from BSNL. today morning on-wards if I trying to access any websites web-browser automatically redirect to http://172.30.67.136:8080/ssssportal.war/fupTopUpHome.jsp then the screen displayed as "Since you have exceeded the Fare usage Limit provided as per your opted plan".
Then I called 1504 and trying to register an complaint but customer care representative replied that according to web status you have been consumed your allowed data(i.e 1GB) ...
actually more then one year I am using this landline with broadband connection so far till end of the month never faced such problems . I was trying to explained to the customer care representative that with in two days it's impossible for consume this much data because we are not downloading anything only for chatting, mailing and sometime watching you tube videos probably someone else misusing my data. finally she said better you approach local BSNL office to clarify further.
then today after noon I been to cuddalore BSNL office and give an written complaint to grievances counter, they also we can't clarify all this better you call 221172 our technical shall assists you further.
then immediately back home and sat in front of my computer sevaral time I am trying to call 221172 but no one answering the call, .
ultimately nobody clarified my doubts, hope this would be clarified and if someone else misusing my data will take all the necessary action.

Is BSNL is cheating the customer. Instead you can do pickpocket, for not doing your job.
Worst service and cheating the customers. There is no option if this page comes into picture. you cannot click on other button to decline.
