Hi, my mother has lost the bsnl sim with number [protected] yesterday evening, i request you to block/ deactivate the number for preventing any misuse of it. subscriber name: shailendra kumar pathak address given for sim: turitola, kalyanpur, west singhbhum, chaibasa, jharkhand plz block the sim immediately.

Updated by vvishal653 plz block my sim card so that no one can misuse it. And make sure it does not get unlocked after you have blocked it.

Updated by vvishal653 updating the complaint/request, i request to deactivate/lock/block the service on my lost sim, and want to make sure that it does not get unlocked/un-block/activated again.
