Had multiple complaints(fault call) raised since 16thFeb for my landline and broadband not working since 12thFeb 2016 till now(been 1 month). But its still not resolved.
Get notification on the fault call raised been closed after 1-2 days of raising, but without any resolution acted upon.Thus multiple times complaints are being raised.Leading to 24hrs wait for every fault call, though issue is since 12thFeb.
The bill is raised as well this month.
And the customer care number provided isn't working now.Hence can't raise fault call again.
