I was having very slow broadband connection for two days. I thought it will get rectified by itself. I am having a plan of 4MBPS but was getting only 100 kbps. When I called customer care they will keep me waiting for hours and then disconnect the call on some pretext or the other. Finally when I was able to raise a complaint they disconnected broadband permanently. They are not answerable to anyone. And I don't have any alternate choice and had to bear the brunt. They just close complaints without even getting any feedback from me. I feel this is the worst service any one can provide.
