I had a new Connection for BSNL Chennai just 15 days back. My area is Pammal and my phone number is[protected]. I had taken a scheme for 1091 with 8 Mbps speed and 60 GB limit. In the last 15 days I never got any speed which is even near to 8 Mbps. I got a max of 2 Mbps and that too for a very short duration. Almost all the time the net was giving a speed less than 128 Kbps which is very frustrating. And I raised the complaint to BSNL several times but no action has been taken. From yesterday onwards there was no internet in my home. For this I have raised complaint to the call center and to my surprise the call center girl was shouting at me saying that 'this is the call center and not the area to resolve the problems'. I am feeling cheated and feel so much worried after taking this stupid BSNL connection. Now if I cancel this service I am not sure whether these people will give the money back also. Also the person who came to my house from BSNL initially for setting up the connection has taken a bribe and then too he is giving this poor service. I am really frustrated. Hope this complaint reaches the right authority or else I need to go to court for the mental torture and pressure I am going through. Was this information helpful? | |||
