Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited [BSNL] — Bsnl internet broadband connection services | |||||
I had taken a BSNL broadband connection on 1 Mar for my residence located at Ramky one north, Avalahalli, Doddaballapur Road, bangalore - 560064. BSNL took more than 10 days to start my connection. After starting connection, the connection went down twice in a span of 10 days. First time when the connection was broken, it took more than 3 days for resuming it, that too with several reminders & follow ups. Second time, the connection stopped working and it's not working for last 3 days. BSNL contact person, Mr. manohar, doesn't respond to either calls/messages despite several follow ups.
