Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited [BSNL] — Deposit has not refunded

I have discontiue bsnl landline service from 31.07.2015.
My bsnl customer id is [protected], account number : [protected].

Invoice number : [protected].
Invoice date 20/08/2015. Due date 07/09/2015
Invoice amount = -900.76

This amount is my deposit amount . I got bsnl minus value invoice but do not get money till date .
