Hello Sir/Madam,
Last night at around 7.30pm, I credited my account with Rs.68 recharge which gives me data benefit of 1GB for 2 days.Shortly after the recharge I got a message that the recharge of Rs.68 is successful.As soon as I started to surf the internet, a message flashed on the screen that I do not have enough credit to make that connection.I was perplexed and furious at the service, so I decided to call the customer care regarding the inconvenience.The first customer care told me to restart the device, I told him that I already tried that.He told me to do that again and abruptly disconnected the call.Then I called them again at this time he told me that the recharge of rs.68 was never done and he tried to close the call without further listening.Now after 4 hours I called them again.She told me that I exhausted all my balance and she can`t do anything now, I told her to check my usages after the recharge has been done.She said she can`t do that, also can't lodge a complaint and closed the call.All this experience left me helpless and furious at last.
If there is any BSNL officer reading this query.Please, resolve this matter and for the record check my data usages after the recharge of rs.68.
