I am Ajai kumar from Kerala. I am called BSNL customer care on 1503 with a complaint of Data service. The data is not available sometime. I said this complaint. He was speaking to me and not clearly says what I do. This types of executives are not in to other network's customer service center. This is a bad habit and i am not satisfy this. Shame on u BSNL... Yesterday I charged my mobile no [protected] with Rs 159 at 5:25 PM to get Free minutes for 30 days. I got the charged message but still I don't get minutes. I called Bsnl customer care on 1503 but they told me that sorry I can't solve ur Problem. What should i do now. what about my Rs 159. How can i get Free minutes. What type of services u r providing. Plz solve it ASAP.
