I submitted request letter to disconnect my landline and broadband congo connection on 23-february-2016 and till date they have not done and me bill for march-2016 month in april-2016. I don't know whom to complain. Customer care will never answer and just disconnected, i have the proof of no. Of times i called customer care. My landline no. Is [protected]. Please help which is the best way to get problem solved
