My bsnl no [protected] name-manish n shah address- 401, 4th floor dhanlaxmi complex panch batti bharuch-392001

Sir i can not out going call from my bsnl [protected] to any tataindicome landline number.I complain and telephonic talk with custome care but can't solve my above issue.So please do need full as soon as possible.
Note- i used both network (Bsnl&tataindicom)in my house.
