Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited-BSNL — Refund awaited for a closed connection

i have closed my BSNL connection number[protected], it was inactivated on 25/9/2014. Refund of 1001 was supposed to be made by 10/06/2015. But refund has not been initiated yet. Its been more than a year and refund has not been made yet. please initiate it asap. regards, Satish Kumar
