This is to bring to your kind notice that my phone number[protected] account no.-[protected]) registered with complaint registration numbers -[protected] dt. 07.08.2015 /[protected] dt. 09.08.2015 and [protected] dt. 12.08.2015 have not yet been resolved. Tried contacting @ [protected] and [protected] but to no avail. The phone line was in dead condition earlier but now it is giving the message as ‘’ Line taken temporarily out of service, please contact area accounts officer.’’ No application for temporary disconnection has been forwarded to the BSNL department from my side. Moreover all the bills have been paid apart from the bill dt. 01.08.2015. for which I got the message on 10.08.2015. Then why the complaint is not being attended on priority. The BSNL landline and broadband is non-functioning since 07.08.2015 and around 5 days have passed since then. Please arrange for the needful functioning of BSNL landline and broadband on immediate basis please. सुरक्षा सर्वप्रथम, सुरक्षा हरदम Thanks and regards, राहुल शर्मा 2) Complaints being logged with BSNL- [protected]/30.11.2015 telecon at their customer care office, [protected] dt. 03.12.2015, [protected] dt. 06.12.2015 and today also, however for the last 15 days neither the landline nor the broadband is working. BSNL is not adjusting the same against the bill raised by them. Also they are not correcting the same for the functioning for BSNL and broadband. 3) Also I using data pack on mobile [protected] but they are crediting the internet data pack and are charging in the bill. Please resolve as they are charging in the bill but not providing the services. Around Rs. 1700 or more has been excess charged. Thanks and regards, Rahul Sharma [protected]
