Complaining to BSNL about any technical problem is like the effect of rain on a buffalo. Number of times I complained. BSNL says wonderful imaginary things but in reality range of wifi is less than 6 meters.

Updated by K.K.KUMAR Problem not solved and even any bsnl line-man not attended the problem, leave alone fat assed bsnl officers. They don't take cognizance of forum complaints. Their only strong point is that they are in Govt sector, no problem for their salaries and employment, so why they should care for customers?
I think I have to switch over to another service provider if these rascals do not attend my problem.
