Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited [BSNL] — Wrong billing[protected]

Address:Gurgaon, Haryana, 122017

- Phone was disconnected on 28th January
- Payment cleared till 31st December 2016.
- No bill sent for January month by BSNL
- Please note BSNL is not sending me paper bills from last 2 years.
- Combined bill for Jan and February sent in march with wrong late charges (as there was no intimation to pay January month bill by BSNL)
- Wrong billing for January month (till 31st January) despite my disconnection
disconnection was confirmed with BSNL palam Vihar where i collected Signed letter from palam vihar branch.
- i have spoken to Ramesh JTO AMBALA 3 weeks back and Diksha from Pg gurgaon 2 weeks back, but they both are too slow to resolve my case and my issue is not resolved till now.
