We have book a travel with Bharat Tirtha Darshan for South India tour of 13 days from 16th January to 28th January, 2024.
We did prior booking in month of August. 2023. We were told that they provide best luxury hotels and cars with fully AC. And with good food including all sight seeing.
Later months when we went for travel in year 2024. We are just surprised to see all the details provided by them were just fake and it's just and eye wash to customer before taking payments.
While reaching the destination. The rooms quality were pathetic. They provided Non AC rooms in a temp of 30°c.
The food is same every day like hospital food. And they didn't provided any travel for sightseeing. We have to pay extra for sight seeing and for AC rooms.
This is how they are doing fraud with evryone. Even the manager is very rude and mis behaving with all. The company owner is not responding to our problems.
Please look after it. We want our refund. We are complaining in middle of this trip. It's pathetic. Was this information helpful? |
