On 11/04/2024, bharati bus Travelling from udupi to bnaglore KA51AD8222 met with accident and the bus fell near to nellady out of 30 passenger 15 were gurt very badly
I got stitches in my head and still now bharathi bus didnt reach us and didnt care any thing for us

Bharathi bus which is running at 8.00am from poonamallee to kanchipuram is not stopping at mampakkam(near sunguvachatram). I request to stop the Bharathi bus to that stopping.

With reference to the above subject matter and trailing mail, It is to inform you that I have booked ticket PNR XXXXXX from Bangalore to Udupi journey date 29.01.2024, my booking was confirmed through the trailing mail by travel company and I got the message from the company that
"Dear Passenger, Bus Journey details from Bangalore to Udupi on 29/01/2024 are PNR: XXXXXX, Bus No: TN-73 AE-8457 and Driver details: Hameed Spare Conductor Bharathi, [protected] Helpline No:[protected] - www.bharathitravels.com"

Bus had picked 3 passengers including me (1 Male and 2 Female) with seat No 10, 11 and 12, Bus started and reached some place for tea and using washroom at 4:00 Clock and again it started and Bus conductor Informed us at 5:45 AM (30.01.2024) that bus has braked down some joint failure issue were there, this place is Hasan, deboard from bus and take other means of conveyance to go to Udupi.

After deboarding from bus all passengers analysed that this place was Nelmangala Bangalore only, Since picking from M G road Bangalore at 10:30 PM, bus was covered from M G Road to Nelmangala Bangalore only within 7 hours.

We requested them to contact your office and care service and arrange other bus or means of conveyance to go to Udupi. However, there is no response of driver call from your company and customer care.

I called one customer care number [protected] and he told only refund can be initiated and company will not give other service and disconnected the call.

Now I am unable to book any other means of conveyance from Nelmangala bye pass Circle to Udupi. Bus service provided by Bharathi travels are very pathetic and not acceptable and it is cheating with passengers.

I will spred the issue to media and legal framework to claim my loss and inconvenience service provided by bus.

Bus No. NL-01 B-1850 Seat No. DL7 and DL8 window glasses have cracks.
Also.just.below the window there is big hole which is making not safe for children at all.

Service from.driver and people with drivers also not good very rude behaviour even after looking at the bus condition..

Even though they know the seats condition, still they have courage to sell it with the damaged ones which is extremely danger...

It was the worst ever experience in my life time. With poor customer service and rude behaviour of staff and driver.the staff was fully drank and rude behaviour, Insufficient air conditioned and periodically switching on off air conditioner. No timely stoppage for lunch dinner and breakfast. No humble or kind support of bus staff. Pathetic people no proper customer support. Bharti travels are operaters . No valid and actions taken even after complaining reapeatedly.

Traveling duration time 4hrs, but actually duration 6 and haff hours, so I missed my planned activity for loss of money, also very poor service, behaviour not good.

Manglore to belagavi
As it was raining the water got inside the window and made wet allover the bed and this made us sacrifice the sleep and coming to floor we could see road water coming in which was really bad.. and bedsheets had sand in it, were driver and helper couldn't help us to provide any other alternative.. this was all about[protected]
The next day we returned in same bus as it was booked togather from belgavi to manglore, we were helpless as we had exams on next we had no other option than traveling in this bus. And this day[protected] bedsheets was same half dried, smelling badly with sand in it.. skins started itching we regret coming in this bus that is Bharathi KA 51 D 4804

Pathetic experience in my entire life time bus journey experience bharthi travels remembered me old age busses before independence. Low class assistance and SUPPORT from driver to CUSTOMER CARE people. No proper intimations no proper calling facility to CUSTOMER regarding bus arrival and departure no SUPPORTive assistance to CUSTOMER. No proper stopage for lunch dinner and breakfast. No safety to CUSTOMER becoz all staffs looks like rowdies and behavioral wise utter low class. No proper ac switching on. Repeated switching off the ac in ac sleeper coaches. No action taking capability insipite being complaining several times to driver or to the CUSTOMER CARE. I strongly suggest do not ever try to book nor even try to recommend to any of the Indian people to travel in theis bus. This bus operates for abhi bus travels. Abhi bus takes the bookings and distributes to bharti travels . ### experience

Hi I got cheated from Bharati travels they said we will provide non ac bus and took advance of 500 and later they said bus breakdown and charged more as I had no option had to pay the money and that asked 700 for that, having kids and no where to go had to pay them, Later when I checked online the price was only 550 in redbud then I realised I was cheated very badly, bus breakdown was just a reason as I never wanted AC

I would like to inform you that I and my family were traveling from Bangalore to Vellore on 14-Jan- 2023 around 11.55 PM.But we faced a big issue in this trip.The bus driver was calling multiple times and scolding asking more money.He misbehaved and manhandled in the bus after reaching.So we 4 members went out from bus and booked new tickets in new bus in road.In the middle of the road we rode in a new bus....

I have booked tickets for 3 of my family members for travelling from Hosur to Chennai on Jan 12th, 2023 and i paid 2100 rs in total . later I received sms from Redbus saying that the ticket has been cancelled by the operator and the refund is initialised only to found out that the travels has increased a single ticket price from 650 to 1400 each. This is such a unprofessional behaviour and this makes me lose my trust on redbus portal even, since it's you people i trusted to book my tickets. Please take action so as to not repeat this. Thanks

Bus has very poor service, costed more than an average rate. It was not neat, blankets were used and thrown on the seat, no water bottle was provided, no washroom break, even after asking multiple times. Bus was stopped no where in the middle for males but no regards for female passengers.

Myself my mom and dad were travelling and booked this worst bus in last moment due to emergency on 11th Dec 2022

And the worst part was one of the passenger middle aged(Samwell sunderraj - [protected]) was initially listening to vulgar tamil songs and on request to lower the music he created a huge scene, he drank in the bus harrassed and abused my whole family, tried to hit my dad multiple times, broke the curtain rod to hit us. Tried to push dad out of the bus, and conductor and bus driver didn't take any action, neither stopped the bus nor spoke to the that drunk passenger. We requested to make police complaint, and saw a police van on the road, driver was scared for god knows what and didn't slow down to help us.

My mother and i shouted and tried to call police and due to no network on outskirts area couldn't connect to anyone.

Worst experience and no safety at all. Nobody helped and I'm just scared to imagine for people who travel. It's not safe at all, and Bharathi travels doesn't care about safety, they only care about money.

Tried to call bharathi travels manager, (Krishna - [protected]) who didn't respond back yet. I request and appeal for strict official action on this issue.

I was waiting for my bus at boarding point. He didn't even inform that bus is coming early by 30min. When i called him he said he left my boarding point and he went 20km away from me. My 750rs got wasted. I need my refund

I have travelled in bharathi travels, it was supposed to drop us at 8.45 pm, but they delayed and made it to 10 pm since they started the bus at pickup location a hour late, around 10 pm bus got breakdown, they said us to choose another alternatives, there were ladies, it's not that easy and safe to choose another alternatives for a women that too at midnight, bus facilities were totally poor, there were lots of ants and cockroaches, which was really disturbing, each and every traveller suffered on that night, driver didn't even respond to the calls.It was a mistake to book this travels, kindly try to improve the services else no use of offering tickets when no one choose your travels.

Our travel from Goa to Bangalore in[protected] by Bharathi Travels Sleeper Bus has become a Nightmare. Bus full of Mites. Mites have bitten full body and could not sleep at all. This has happened to all the travellers. Paid Rs 1999/- for the ticket. Pathetic experience. Action should be taken against the people responsible for its upkeep and maintenance. The travels should refund the money for such a horrible service.

Dear team,

Please refund my tickets amount booked for hubli to Bengaluru. Bus is badly faced technical problem and got stucked unable to move. In hubli..nearly 15km away from hubli.
Then we came through another bus..the person who promised us to refund the amount of tickets now he is ignoring me..I had call record of each and every one.
Because these bus owner/driver are irresponsible they are so neglected us..

Simply waste, regarding bus, driving, rude staff, stopping in unusual place for longer time, not giving us tickets only collecting money, cleanliness of bus

I got onto Vellore with a promise that I would be given a seat from Ambur. I was collected full price and thereafter supposedly the person who was to get down from Ambur never got down. Hence I was made to sit in the cabin for the entire duration of the trip.

Now what is more alarming is that he made 2 people more get onto the bus and made to sit on bump neat brakes... Cannot even imagine how risky it is to do that.

He has put the entire safety of people at risk. This is the most ridiculous thing that can happen. Your drivers are playing with the life of people for small amount of money.
