Fraudsters

Website: www.universaltravels.in

They list bus in Redbus. Fill seats, if they feel like not enough bookings they cancel.
Ironically the said to be same breakdown bus will ply in another route.
This is an organised fraud on commuters.
If we cancel they put a penalty of 50% or sometimes even 100% but after 7 days they just refund the fare.
Most times tickets aren't available even if so, it will 2x.
People already are giving them 1 & 2 rating....

    I booked bus ticket from chennai to Mayiladuthurai on 10.05.2024. in universal travels..my bus timing is 11.15 pm..I came to my boarding point at 11.10 pm but bus left very early..driver called me at 11.08 and shouted like anything at me..bus left you come to guindy..I told my bus timing is 11.15 pm only ..please wait I will reach in 2 minutes..he does not listen to me and shouted at me..very worst behaviour..atleast refund my ticket cost rs.830..kindly look into this issue and do the needfull..otherwise I will file a case against the travels..

      I booked bus from hosur to valankanni bus full of BED BUGS I have got bitten my body full got thickend I complain to bus operators but they didn't respond I highly disappointed with this service hear after I'll not book in universal bus for this bus government bus is better than this for giving u 2000 for this worst bus I'll go government bus in 300 rs
      UNIVERSAL BUS IS WORST BUS SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN
      BUS FULL OF BED BUGS...

      Yesterday I travelled universal travels Velankanni to marthandam.. after 1/2 an hour the bus was leaking all the rain water came inside the bus. I didn't sleep but I booked sleeper berth upper.. I am very very disappointed.. I spoke with your manager about the compensation.. he said he will arrange today but he didn't attend my call.. worst experience ever

        Hi sir I booked a ticket by redbus for today from Karaikal to Bengaluru in universal travels booked for lower sleeper class and charged 2100 rupees with GST. After booking from the travels called me and said my booked bus is cancelled and they put me in an other bus. There is no sleeping seat at lower. All is semi sleeper seats. I get annoyed by this travel. I am 65 years old senior citizen women.
        You must be return the excess money I paid. Because I paid for sleeper and they given only seater. Redbus must take action on this issue.

          Bus was very late in boarding point and no proper response from team. Staffs are very rude. Heavy rain and buss is leaking. No higher authorities are picking the call. One of the worst bus service providers. Im now in the bus and they are not even stopping for lu or for tea . Time now is 8 am . Got in to the bus at 12 pm. Kids and ladies are suffering in this bus. Bus no : PY02S5527.

              வணக்கம், இன்று நான் பெங்களூர் இருந்து சிதம்பரம் பஸ் புக் பன்னுனேன். பஸ் 9pm. நான் 8 மணிக்கு போன் பன்னி கேட்டேன் 9.30 சில்க் போர்டு வரும் னு கண்டக்டர் சொன்னாரு. 4 முறை போன் பண்ணி கேட்டேன் அதே தான் சொன்னாரு.சரினு நான் 9.15 கு பஸ் ஸ்டாப் போய் கால் பன்னுனா பஸ் 15 கி. மீ ல இருக்கு ஆட்டோ பிடிச்சு வர சொன்னாரு. ஆட்டோ கிடைக்கவில்லை பஸ்ல வரேன் னு சொன்னேன். அவசரம் அவசரமாக 1 km ஓடியே போறேன், இடத்தை சரியாக சொல்லாமல் போன் பன்னி நீ என்ன பெங்களூருக்கு புதுசா உயிர வாங்குற அப்டி இப்டி னு திட்டுனாறு. ஒரு வழியா ஓடி பஸ்ஸ பிடிச்சோம் 67 வயசான அம்மா கூட ஓடி வந்தாங்க. போனா மயிரு அப்டி இப்டி னு தரக்குறைவாக பேசுராரு . சிதம்பரம் வா உண்ண பாத்துகுறேன் னு கொலை மிரட்டல் விடுக்கிறார்.

              எங்க காச போட்டு புக் பன்னி இவ்வளவு கஷ்டத்தைக் அனுபவிக்கனுமா??

              அந்த நடத்துனர் மீது தக்க நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும். இத அப்டியே சோசியல் மீடியா ல போட்டா ஒருத்தன் கூட உங்க பஸ் புக் பன்ன மாட்டான்.

              இதே உங்க வயசான பெத்தவங்களுக்கு நடந்திருந்தால் யோசிச்சு நடவடிக்கை எடுக்க வேண்டும்.

              இப்போ எனக்கு 300 எக்ஸ்ரா செலவு உங்க பஸ் புக் பன்னதுக்கு எனக்கு தேவையா?? மற்றும் எவ்வளவு மன உளைச்சல் தேவையா எனக்கு??

                    Ticket was booked from Chidambaram to Chennai at 1st may 11.33 PM . But bus arrived in my pick-up point around 1AM and reached koyambedu around 6.30AM... almost 2 hours late.. due to this I have missed my interview 😔.. very very worst experience in my life.. I want my money back or else will escalate this into ext level.

                      I had intiated a flight booking from Bangalore to Houston and return through Universal Travels on 25th Mar through the reservation person Kapil Gupta. He asked me to send him Rs70000 in advance and rest on 27th March so he could block the tickets and do the booking on 27th. As per mr kapil the booking would be done through Cleartrip and i was supposed to be getting the tickets on 27th. I paid 700000 through upi to upi id mentioned by Mr Kapil on 25th and then a further Rs 43707 on 27th Mar. After making the full payment Mr kapil started giving excuses about some emergency and not providing the tickets. he switched off his phone. After trying get in contact with him i was eventually able to get in touch with him the next day but he never provided any tickets and kept saying he will do so. I have asked him and Universal Travels for the refund as they never even made any booking but have kept my money with them. Please help me in getting the due refund amount.

                        I was waiting in madiwala police station bus stop to board the bus, driver called i did not notice the call so left the police station bus stop, another 5 min i called the driver he said he left madiwala so he ask me come E.city. I was coming in auto to catch the with my wife and child he not even waited 5 min E.city and he asking me come hosur again. What kind customer service this? I was calling the driver no response... He left EC. In Bangalore trafic some i used to wait for 1hr gor the universal buses... But he not even waited for 5 min..

                                I hv booked ticket from Chennai to Mayiladuthurai with drop point as Kollumangudi. But I was changed to Happy Travels in Chidambaram saying that they going thro Sirkazhi as it is not the route. Then why the ticket is booked with Universal Travels.
                                I need justification for this. It made me hectic as I hv to catch one more bus or mofussil bus or a cab to my destination from Mayikadurai as the Happy travels will go up to that place only.

                                  We booked an ticket from Chennai to Nagapattinam Ticket Number: TR7U76015043 Seat no : 19 & B10 in Universal Travels we booked 1 sleeper class seat and a sitting coach and unfortunately the bus we booked got cancelled at the last minute and the travels company has arranged some other bus and we were rescheduled from our booked time with 2 different class seats than booked seats we ended up with no sleeper coach seats in the bus and we been in seating coach the whole travel its not worth the money which I have paid for its very unfair and I am totally disappointed with this poor service and this is not the seating arrangement
                                  i have paid it’s not worth it these tickets are damn cheap i needed sleeper coach thats why i have paid around 1, 200
                                  i expect an full refund for these tickets very disappointed and the bus travel started very late its almost 12.30 am the starting time we booked an ticket the travel time starting at 10.30 pm around 2 hrs we have been waiting for this trip to get started totally time and money waste for us and we may ended up reaching our destination very late and we may lose our deals up there
