I was travelling from Bangalore to mangalore on 17th may. I had kept my shoes at bottom rack. I found 1 shoes and another one was searching. Conductor came an force me to leave as I have reached to my stop.
Such behaviour can not be tolerated.

Due to some mechanical issue, bus type itself got changed to small TT, how can i travel for 250km distance in small Tt

Hi Team, for 2nd April I have booked a bus from Bangalore to Chennai for 7.30 am and I received a call from one of the driver saying the bus was cancelled and the provided me the alternate bus and they asked me to board at 9.30am .However the bus never came to the boarding point till 10.45am and when we reached to contact the person he was not responding properly and we had travel on my own because of this.Pleas check and refund my amount

I have booked the ticket from Bangalore to Mangalore for 15th March 2022, kept the pickup point as Marathalli and pick up time was 10.25 PM. So I called the mobile number [protected] which I had received in SMS to confirm my arrival and at that time the conductor of that bus demanded that I must come to pick up point much early and for that i said i will come to pick up point on my actual pickup time and for that he raised his voice and he started abusing me with abusive words.

Conductor of that trip was very rude and used abusive words not only with me but also with most of the passengers. He never responded to passengers' query in the right manner. He was very angry with each and every question which the passenger asked.

I have undergone such a kind of incident for the first time in my travel experience and that also with well known travels.

Please take necessary action on that particular conductor.

Worst experience ever waited for an hour and not resolved yet.please take an immediate action its almost 3AM now and being a single lady standing I don't know what to do.

As per i have booked ticket for BANGALORE TO DAVANAGERE IN REDBUS APP THE TIME DEPARTURE WAS AT 11PM. BUS CAME BY 11:15 AND BUS CAME FOR MAJESTIC AND ANAD RAO CIRCLE 4 TIMES AGAIN AND AGAIN THE BUS LEFT MAJESTIC WAS AROUND 12AM. WORST TRAVELS EVER NO PROPER COVID PRECAUTIONS HAVE BEEN TAKEN NOTHING ITS LIKE A GOVERNMENT BUS ATLEAST THEY HAVE BETTER PRECAUTIONS. Please find the attachment attached that's the bus arrival time

Insects are there in the window on our seats 2 cockroaches are there and I have a kid of 2 years old and the bus staff person did not helped us when we raised the complaint

I booked L7 berth from Bangalore to Coimbatore for travel on 2nd Nov 2021 through redbus app. While boarding bus, staff told my seat was changed to L16 which is the last seat(drivers used to take rest) & not cleaned. I requested him to give the seat which I booked for that he denied & behaved like rowdy, asking me to travel if needed or talk to redbus.

This is totally unacceptable from this travels & staffs. Very worst. Further I won't recommend my friends circle also not to travel in this. I will take this to socail media

Not in time, no one attend phone, bus is such a dirty, 3 hrs delay, rude driver and attender

I have booked a bus from Bangalore to Hyderabad and return on the same day evening from Hyderabad to Bangalore in same bus. Booking was from Electronic City to Hyderabad and return to Electronic City. Following are the issues noticed in the bus.
1. As per booking information water was supposed to be provided which is not provided in both the journey.
2. They provided blanket in the bus. I marked on the blanket to check if same is provided without washing. My doubt became true and I got the same blanket as my return journey was on the same seat. This means that they have not given washed the blanket in this risky times. In buses like orange travels they provide washed blanket in a cover. This is highly risky considering the COVID situation and in case I get affected by COVID I will make Bharathi travels responsible due to these unsafe practices.
3. I was supposed to be dropped to Electronic City. Driver told the bus will go till Hosa Road only where as in booking details it showed Electronic City. I called up the customer care and he informed the driver to drop me at Electronic City. Driver later told this is not going to happen and customer care is not going to lift the call and same happened and I was forced to get dropped at Hosa Road. Result of which I had to pay more taxi fare to reach back to my home.
I strongly do not recommend to travel in Bharathi travels due to the above risk factors. Request relevant authority to take action in order to prevent spread of COVID due to these unsafe practices performed by bharathi travels.

I kindly request whoever booking this travels plz find another travels because they dont worthy for time after booking they may delay you 3-4 hours waiting and you may loose your job or any work.They dont care of your time they just want money.

I was told that 3pm bus pickup time will be there.And they delayed by 3hours now they are saying at 6pm bus will come.Cheated by 3hours by telling lie.

Ka 20 d 6673 is the bus number i travelled in, they were supposed to drop me at ksrtc bus stop but they denied to do so, i confronted saying that i booked the bus because it had the dropping point at ksrtc while booking in redbus, they dropped me in pampwel in mangalore but they were supposed to drop me here ksrtc thus i had to spend 200 more on auto to get to my location...

I booked bharathi travels on today bus operator and another person not given proper insturation and boarding time also delay. Actually i am coming form hosur to chennai, i bharathi travels website they given tidel park drop but he stop the bus at koyambedu bus stand and i ask bus operator and ticket collected person he told bus can't move you ask our bus service even they not provide water bottle also very very bad service... I request to...

I've travelled from mangalore to bangaluru on 25.12.2019, booked ticket in red bus and operator is bharathi travels, ticket no: tndj32700399.

While travelling someone has stolen my bluetooth earphone costs of 11000 rupees (Got it from korea as a gift of my manager), i could not found as there is no camera - but promised. I've contacted to red bus regarding the same and they are telling, we are very sorry but we are not responsible for that and we cannot do anything so please contact to bus operators only.

When i called to bus operator (Bharathi travels) they are telling we are not responsible for your belongings, the same explained to red bus, they are telling to call to the number which is on the ticket, that number is of red bus but changed to ullal holiday (Changed) 4 days ago.

Removed the bharathi travels and now changed to ulla holidays and playing with the customers.

I have Booked my ticket from Chennai to Bangalore on 14 august from Bharathi travels .But they cancelled it without informing me my ticket...i haven't got my refunded money yet and they took 1300 extra charges for me...how kind of services you are doing... without informing me the cancellation even I haven't got any message regarding cancellation..
They told me you will get your money back...i haven't got anything and they took so much from me...

Atleast you informed us earlier that it has been cancelled..no message no call.

I want my money back.. this is very worst experience for me...i never expected this.

I have booked the tickets from mangalore to bangalore through redbus. My dropping location was madiwala. Bus operators never called me before boarding that they couldn't drop me at madiwala. After boarding they denied my drop location. I spoke to bus operator, he didn't even utter a word. Morning during drop off the driver behaved rude with me and randomly dropped me at unknown location. I faced lot of issues with even auto driver to reach at my location since they over charging. I was the only lady passenger. Women's helpline number also doesn't work in bangalore. I really felt insecure
