Hello,
I booked a ticket paying Rs:600 For Chennai to Bangalore on 12/05/2013 which goes Via Chittor. Bus started around 10.45pm. Around 12pm or when i woke up i saw whole bus was crowed, there were many people sitting in the Bay. And it was ridiculous and when many of then started asking there was no proper response.
So please kindly take action against these kind of Travel agency who dont bother people concerns.

Please never use Bharathi Travels even as a last resort! They are the worst transport service ever! I was to travel back Bangalore from Chennai on the 9th of Nov 2012 (weekend before dipavali) I was ripped off even before i started. I had to pay Rs.1200 because they felt it was appropriate to rip people off who want to travel back home to be with their family during vacations.. The money would have been worth it if they provided service that reflected the cost i was paying for the privilege of travelling in their awful bus! I called at 7.00 P.M. (departure was at 10.45 P.M.) to confirm the boarding point (T. Nagar) and they informed me that the bus would not be going there! And I went to Central for boarding the bus.. The pick up timing was 10.30 P.M. but was made to stand there till 11.30 P.M. with no place to sit and having to endure the horrible attitude of the staff who were acting as though they were doing us a favour. In the end, the bus did not come and we were made to board a share auto (rickety noisy things they stuff people into) to take us to koyambedu (the main bus stand). That man dropped us off a kilometer and half away from the bus stand and told us he couldn't go further as there was too much traffic. We finally went walking lugging our luggage and got into the bus and was told they had no water!! they bus departed at 12.30 A.M. (scheduled dep time 11.15 P.M.) after which he hit about 5 fuel stations to fill up and left chennai at 2.00 A.M. we reached bangalore 2 and half hours late and with a firm resolve to never use this bus sservice again.!
