Bharathiar University — Consolidated marksheet and proviosional certificate

I have completed my 3 years of BSc in Catering Science and Hotel Management from school of distance education from ICE Management Institute and have given my exams on May 2016 but i havent recieved my consolidated marksheet and proviosional certificate till date. Now i am worried as i have to do registration for my PG course and I don't have documents required for that and I want to apply for original degree certificate after recieving proviosional certificate which will consume some time too, so i will get late for my registration of PG course if this things are not resolved . Please help me get my certificates so i don't have to stay back at home for another year waiting for it and i could get back to my studies.
