Bharathiar University — Distant education exam score

When the exam results of bcom first year distant education came out. I found out that my French exam score is 0. I've called my nearest college a numerous times regarding this issue. He mentioned that it may be an uploading fault or they might have suspected a copied answer sheet. I've always double checked my answer sheets and uploaded. There is no fault in uploading and i have not copied because french is a subject that ive taken from the beginning of my 8th grade. And the question paper is referred to 9th grade basics of french. Kindly investigate the matter. Thank you.
