Bharathiar University — Error in mark uploaded in final semester results Paper

I wish to inform you that when I received the final semester results in July 2021, I received the marks for the above mentioned subject as 003. I had approached the university and was directed to the college. I had written a letter through the college to the university on 04 August for clarification and have not received any information till date.
I have written my paper well and there was no problem when uploading my paper during submission.
I need to apply for my higher studies and due to this result I am unable to do so, I am mentally distressed due to this and request that some clarification be given for the same. Daniel John Simmons
