Bharathiar University — Exam application - Payment completed but application not generated

Exam registered and fees paid. Rs. 4800 has been deducted from account. But after payment application page shown error. And then it is showing the same page again to apply again. Immediately i have sent mail to [protected]@gmail.com with details and snap shot. But they didn't responding for past 18 hrs.
