Bharathiar University — fine for late registration - 2nd semester | |
We already have to pay registration fees every year - on top of this, they are demanding us to pay fine if the fees was delayed by a day or two. And now they are coming up with "super-fine" - which is a fine over fine. I was travelling due to emergency medical reasons and could not pay the registration fee on time - please check and advise on this issue if there is really a concept of fine in bharathiar university for late registration or is it a fraud attempt.
