Bharathiar University — I have paid fee for exam registration in Bharathiar university through upi and the fund is deducted but the site said itz failed

I have been ragistering for Bharathiyaar university exam and paid fees through paytm upi and the fund rs 3300 is deducted from my bank account at upi ref id[protected] in 26 Nov 2021 at 5:02 pm but the site saying its failed but i had got the return fund
