Bharathiar University — Unresponsiveness of Departments

I got admission in Bharathiar University in August 2020 for MA Career Guidance program after submitting the 1st semester fees. However, our classes started in mid-December, which is almost 5 months after admission.

Due to personal problems which occurred in those 5 months and looking at the unsuitability of the course for my future goals, I decided to withdraw my admission. As directed, I emailed the department and the HoD regarding my decision and seeking a full refund of my fees (in accordance to the exceptional circumstances refund guidelines released by UGC for the year 2020, stating a refund for withdrawal requests made before 31st December 2020).

I feel awful to say that post that, I never heard back from the university or any professors. Not even when I followed up with them. Till now, even 3 months after the initial steps, I've received no information or update, which, I believe, is very unprofessional.
