I ordered groceries in bharatration through online.My order no is 293093, i ordered on 11.10.15, they gave estimated delivery date is 12.10.15(11-4 Slot) but they didn't deliver on that time, they called me&said they can not delivery today, they will deliver on 13.10.15, i refused that and asked them to deliver atleast 7-9 slot they said OK but they didn't, then i called them from 12th 6pm to next day 3pm but they didn't give any response to my call.They switched off their numbers.Finally they delivered on 14th @4.30pm only.I never seen this kind of worst delivery & response.First they gave free gifts then they stopped that then gave movie tickets.Now they are giving particular movie tickets only.Before i suggest this service to my friends also, now i told them don't get from bharat ration because of this kind of worst service.Hereafter i never buy from them.Totally i am very very disappoint.
