We ordered grocery for an amount of Rs 5000 in the month of October. They never picked up the call nor delivered the goods until today. After chasing them through mail, they said the amount will be refunded.but never happened. Please dont believe this people..they are clearly cheating the customers after creating an initial hype.

We are moving to customer court and going to register the case....

I ordered groceries in bharatration through online.My order no is 293093, i ordered on 11.10.15, they gave estimated delivery date is 12.10.15(11-4 Slot) but they didn't deliver on that time, they called me&said they can not delivery today, they will deliver on 13.10.15, i refused that and asked them to deliver atleast 7-9 slot they said OK but they didn't, then i called them from 12th 6pm to next day 3pm but they didn't give any response...

We have order groceries worth Rs.4341/- duly cleared online payment also in Bharatration.com with order No. 294051 on date 14.10.2015 to Name: T. Jamuna to the address: No. 2, 1st Street, Mullai Nagar, Behind Railway Station, Pattabiram, Chennai-600072 for date of delivery as 17.10.2015. Already two days over, the given contact numbers are ringing, but no one responding and give the status even after lapse of 5 days. The given phone numbers...

Bharathration.com had Audi car contest for all customer with bill amount of rs.3000 or more. We received a call from the company stating we have won Audi car as a eligible customer, but until today their is no signs of the company gifting the car. They keep saying something or other reason to keep us waiting. In recent times they don't even answer our calls and are avoiding us completely....
