It's really a very bad experience with AXA since I have been trapped and misguided by AXA agents for purchasing the policy.
one person from AXA team (Mayank Shukla -7055261708) called me in sep 2023 and given me totally wrong information along with him one subordinate was also there Priyanjal (9582544917) who also convinced me to purchase the policy by giving false Attractive benefits of policy.
I had been told that the entire family would be covered under this policy for medical benefits (Cashless + reimbursement facility) along with a savings plan, so I purchased this policy in last sep months & started following up with Mayank to confirm by when i will be getting medical cards but its been already two months gone still I have not received any medical related doc/cards.
Today when I called customer care to inquire about it, Aditi (Customer Agent) confirmed to me that as such no benefits are included in this policy.
For reference sharing whatsapp chat where clearly i asked Mayank about medical cards/ coverage policy link etc but he never responded clearly otherwise i could have communicated in the very starting.
Please help me to refund my amount and cancel the policy & also request you to please disable my ECS (Auto payment).

As per the same discussion, we appreciate your patience and understand that you have certain documentary evidences (WhatsApp Chat Conversation) to support your allegation. We request you to submit the below mentioned details for further investigation of your concern:
• Screen Recording of Relevant WhatsApp Chat Conversation with Contact Number visibility of Sales Person (since inception)
