Bharti infratel n i Bhalchandra made n agreement of tower installation in devgad company asked for surety amount Rs 2750/- i made the payment than all the documents were submitted than they asked for clu n nec paper which I was not having so company have agents who makes this papers and amount for that is Rs 50k so we agreed on that but we said we will make the payment once I get the deposit amount in my account because I don't have money so prachi from infratel said make payment of 5000 and than after receiving the deposit amount pay the pending documents amount to company this happened on 05/12/2023 after that on 21 dec 2023 she said that amount is not getting released you need to make the pending documents amount so I said I don't have is there any other option so prachi helped me and got a solution that prachi will make payment of 30k from her personal account and I have to pay 20k and immediately amount will get released so we agreed and did the same now the vishwajeet calls me and say employee are not allowed to help customers company will take strict action against prachi and please pay 30k than only I can release the payment now I don't know it is genuine or fake I m in doubt I have not done 30k payment please help me with this

If it is genuine than asked them to release the payment

If the employee was knowing their company policy than she should not get this kind of ideas..

And I agreed to pay when they have assured that I have to pay pending amount once I receive in my bank

      I'm RAJESH KATHIRESAN, in bharti infratel tower, I registered for tower installation. They told me jio is ready to keep tower in your land. They asked to submit documents. I did . After that they told me to pay surety amount, I did. After they didn't credit advance, for that they told me pay clu, NEC due, when I complete that they told me to pay Clearance, when I finish that, they told me to pay insurance, when I pay that they told me to pay gst and after that agreement and dispatch amount. So totally I paid them 5.55 lakhs. They didn't credit any advance and they didn't picking up my call now. Please kindly accept my request and help me to solve this problem.

        Sir/Ma'am, I have Landline/Broadband connection[protected] from Airtel; Bills dated 12.10.2023 & 12.11.2023 are in error.
        I was away in USA [from Chennai] from 22.2.2023 till 16.10.2023; During this period, my house was under lock and no occupants lived nor used any facility including phone line. I have a camera security system that is connected to the broadband so I could monitor my house from USA. My Landline bills from Feb till August showed 0 calls. For the months of Sept & Oct, bills were generated based on sone ISD calls purported to have been made from my Landline to my USA phone number and the bill amount now stands at Rs.50, 317.38! I have given Airtel (a) copy of Exit-Entry stamp from my passport, (b) Electricity usage pattern that showed minimal use of power, (c) name & phone number of postman on beat from Mylapore P.O who was aware of an empty house, as he delivered any mail for us to my sister opposite to my house, (d)Airtel's own LL usage showing ZERO calls made till August, (e)screenshot from my US phone showing BLOCKED calls from India including[protected], and no Roaming facility. I had (i) written to Customer Service 121 on 17.10.2023, (ii) escalated to NODAL officer, (iii) then to Appellate Authority, Chennai to no avail;(iv)i visted Airtel's main Office in Santhome, Chennai, but I WAS NOT allowed to meet any responsible officer/manager to help resolve the issue. I am being tormented with constant reminders for outstanding amount as I had paid the regular tariff bill Rs.588.82 for ALL THE MONTHS (Jan through Oct) withoput delay or default. I am 79 years old with health impaired and heart issues. I request you to intervene to help resolve the matter that I believe is a technical issue [how could there be pulses and charges from BLOCKED phone numbers!!??] and waive the exorbitant charges.

          With due respect that we are the residents of BLOCK A, GALI NO-7 KHADDA COLONY, JAITPUR EXTENTION PART-2 BADARPUR SOUTH DELHI, Delhi 110044, our neighbour MRS. URMILA YADAV & address is BLOCk A-516 GALI NO-7 KHADDA COLONY JAITPUR EXTENTION PART-2 BADARPUR SOUTH EAST DELHI, DELHI 110044 (Right side property) has started installation work of MOBILE TOWER on their roof & above mentioned Property given on rent and owner does not live here. The said building is situated in a densely populated residential area. I suppose according to the MCD guidelines no tower can be erected in a residential areas. Also as we all know that it causes very harmful effects on human living nearby and on the guidelines of Hon'ble Delhi High court towers are not allowed at residential areas, It creates many disease like Cancer and also affected the infant old people and specially pregnant women. It's radiation is very harmfully for all.

          So please take appropriate action & stop as early as possible.

            Registration fees not refunded after denying of further process.

            Sir please support me in this regard I have all required documents send by them like approved letter, payment receipt, employee ID.

            As, they told me if you don't want to proceed with our company they will refund the amount.

            On first calls they don't told about insurance fees neither they told about property varification is last step.

            They only told me, please submit the registration fees which...

            That my name is pawan i want to request you sir of rohtak city that sometime back i got a call from indian infratel pvt ltd company in which he told me to install tower i also got call from such number [protected] he Gave me a link, when I opened the link, it was written in the form of registration charge of Rs. On WhatsApp he sent me a fraud message of ₹ 405000 in which he took ₹ 20025 from me in the name of TDS and sir 5 days after that now he sent me a message on behalf o[censored]nion Bank of India for 4020000 that good service tax Through 0.5% rupees 20, 000 so asking me, he is again asking me 20000 rupees in the name of good service tax, which I didn't give the request is that he asked me my aadhar card my pan card my bank details and Registry papers are also taken for this purpose. I have repeatedly asked for money, I realized that they are cheating with me, you are requested to kindly investigate this, they should be punished, the company's link etc. and the receipt of the amount sent to them is available with me. Please get my refund done and above action should be taken against them

                Dear sir,
                This is Madhabi Ghosal wife of Avash Ghosal and I complained regarding fake Mobile Tower insttalation by Bharati Infratel wireless tower installation. As I have paid 46, 500/ for different reasons. They did not install the tower not only that they committed to return back my money through Just dial as I got all numbers and verification by Just Dial.
                Bharati Infratel provided Fake bank statement to Just Dial using Indian Bank Logo and much more illegal and criminal ways.
                I sent them Legal notice and after getting that Mr. Ravi Kumar one of theire respected employees who is call me and using abusive language towards me.

                Please look into this matter if this company Bharati Infratel is existing.

                  One lady Subita C ([protected]) from Bharti infra called for formalities and said that I have to pay only 2000/ as resitration charge only, according to that I paid to GPay to Bharati Infratel's account as she provided bank account details.

                  One of your technician named Karan with contact No. +[protected] from Hyderabad has arrived to our home on Date: 18th July 2021and resolved LG washing machine problem and took 2250/- rs for part replacement and Charges of Rs 350/- for 1 year warranty and I didn't received bill as he said he'll forward bill through whatsapp.Later two days the same problem is with my Washing machine and now he's not receiving my calls.This is seriously indecency pls make sure he submit bills or resolve my Washing machine problem

                            Once airtel office worked and now vacated in my building, I responded to advertise message seeking to tower install and I submitted the patta and verified it and sent bharati infratel confirmed letter and asked to pay Rs-4100/- registration fee with in 72hrs . Sent advance DD Rs-30, 00, 000/- and requested to pay the DD charges of Rs-22, 500/-, But I didn't pay placed the query

                                Fraud by mobile internet tower company

                                I am a victims of a mobile tower installation fraud company. I am getting calls from unknown person who are claiming that they are bharti airtel employee and asking for land details aadhar card pan card etc.for tower installation.after sending all details they have selected my land for installation, and asking for some more document like electric bill passport photo and telecome licence.on behalf of telecome licence they demand Rs13500.which...
