Your delivery boy refused to deliver my medicine. I have same issue from last 2 months. They told me that they will not deliver to my address. Please stop your service at pin code no. 342023.     I was under the assumption that clay sim cards are pretty good when it comes to their network services abroad. This was after reading enough reviews on their services, online. So i bought their international sim card for australia. Despite spending 3500 on the sim card to get around rs 2500 airtime, i could barely use this anywhere in melbourne. The network was patchy throughout the 20 days that i was there. It was so bad that i could barely hear anything. I had to buy a spare sim card from there to make calls. And trust me it was a lot simpler and way better than clay sim cards. Doubts who reviews their services! Waste

      I am sharing one of my worst experiences with this service provider. I took clay international sim card to use in duabi. I had taken their prepaid platinum plan for almost 4500 rs and despite paying so much with some free benefits to use, i landed up spending thrice the money. I was wrongly charged for data despite having 1gb free data. To note my data usage was mostly on wifi. I was charged twice on every call i made, even when i had free minutes. All in all, clay continued to charge me despite free minutes to avail. On calling their customer care, they said that as per their records, i have consumed all my free minutes and data. Please tell me how is it practically possible for a person to consume 1 gb data and 200 free minutes for india calling in 3 days. Its really beyond my comprehension. One thing for sure, wont be using their sim card services anytime now.

        Last month, i went on a trip to usa with my friends for which i purchased an international sim card from clay telecom.
        The service provided by the company was good, there were a few call drops, but overall the network was good. Though there was no issue with the network, there was some confusion, due to which the free data that was available with the package got finished during the first 2 day itself and then the net charges were getting deducted from my main balance. I reported this to the support team and they had fixed within 24hrs. The amount that was deducted was reimbursed and the data was adjusted as well.
        My overall experience with the product and services of the company was good apart from that balance deduction.

        As I have account in HDFC Bank before one week my balance was maintained as -1000 for the reason of 'Mirevenue hold through gefu' it was unexpected because I didn't face like this problem before with another bank

          I chose 2999/- corporate bill plan (Sim plan for my october 2017 germany trip) and i received a bill of rs. 13, 617/- which is a huge overbilling. When i asked to correct it, there is no response from the billing department. I spoke to people like garima singh, vani kataiah, etc and they do not respond to resolve this. I kept sending emails and making phone calls, nothing is done from their side. I need a refund for my amex card deduction which they made.

            I had to go on a few business meetings last year in different countries, so bought a global voice and data sim card from clay telecom. The team helped me with a suitable package based on my requirements.
            I have been using services from other companies in the past, but always faced issues while calling or using data services, so i thought to try clay telecom services and didn’t bother to go through the dialing instructions, as i thought it would be the same. I tried calling my colleagues when i reached my destination, but the call didn’t go through. I could not understand the issue and was not even carrying the document which had the instructions. I got in touch with my account manager from a cyber café and he shared the document with instructions over email after which i was able to use the services without any issues. There were some instances of call drops though, maybe due to low network connectivity at some places, rest was fine.

              I have taken international sim card (499 inr plan) for philippines from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport hyderabad in the month of may 2016. I got the invoice was for 3497 inr + taxes which is wrong. They say it was happened by mistake and they will refund the difference amount when i called their customer care. By now it is almost 2 years, i didnt get any refund from clay.

                It was my first time going on a trip to europe with my friends and didn’t know which international sim card i should carry. I searched for the same and decided to go with clay telecom. The team helped me with the best plan that suited my requirements.
                When i reached europe, i was not able to use data services, though voice calling was perfectly fine. I contacted my account manager and conveyed the same. She assured me that it will be fixed the next day and it was night in india. She contacted me the next day and said that the issue was fixed; there was some technical issue at the service provider, due to which my data services were not activated. I didn’t face any further issues in voice or data service later, apart from call drops in areas where there was no network

                  I had to visit singapore for my cousin’s destination wedding so; i purchased a sim card from clay telecom. The sim card was delivered on time and my account manager helped me understand the dialing instructions too.
                  I didn’t faced any issues in the earlier days, but after 3-4 days i wasn’t able to make any calls. I tried troubleshooting as was explained by my account manager but all in vain. I contacted my account manager via whatapp regarding the issue and he had the issue resolved in next few hours as the issue was at service provider’s end.
                  Overall it was a good experience with clay telecom.

                    I went for my honeymoon last month to singapore and wanted to take an international sim card for my trip. As, i didn’t know which one to take, my friend suggested to try the service from clay telecom. It was a last minute decision, but they had it delivered, a day before my travel date.

                    As we were buy in last minute packing, we were not able to read the dialing instructions and thus faced issues in making calls. We contacted our account manager and he explained the instructions on call and also shared a document through email. Apart from this, we didn’t any faced any issues related to data or calls. We were happy with the service provided.

                      It was my 1st trip to dubai. I was going there for 2 weeks, so to minimize my calling and data cost i purchased sim card from clay telecom.
                      After landing to the destination i felt inconvenience in calling back home as i was not following the dialing instructions properly. After reaching my hotel i contacted the customer care department of the company they resolved my issue very politely. Then i was able to contact my family back to home.
                      The network connectivity was good throughout my trip as i did no face any problem in calling and data. My overall experience using the sim was good and satisfactory, will use it again for my next trip abroad.

                        My friend had used a clay sim card for an official trip and he recommended the same to me for my vacation. On his advice i bought their sim card to use in germany. I bought their 10 euros 15 day plan. The plan clearly stated that there is no minimum commitment on it. I had some network difficulty while using the number but managed somehow. I came back, returned the simcard and after almost a month i got a bill which had 500 rs charged under minimum commitment with the rentals and other adhoc charges. My local calls were charged at 0.20 euros a minute while they said it was 0.14 euro/minute. There were so many mistakes in the bill which seemed on purpose. Initally their support team refused to take back the bill and accept their mistake until i had to email them what was committed against what was charged. These are clearly no hassle free services that clay sims is offering. Terrible first and last time experience.

                          Previous month i had a usa trip for 7 days and was looking to buy an international sim card. However, i ended up buying the sim of clay telecom because of some of my colleagues. I had purchased the sim from hyderabad airport.
                          Earlier, i had gone through the reviews of the services and products of clay telecom but did not find it satisfactory. But most surprising part was that i did not face any hassle in connectivity, not even a single call drop throughout my whole trip. Even the data was working properly, i could easily check my emails, access social account, upload pictures, browse and chat.
                          Now i realize one should not completely trust on the online reviews instead must use the service or product 1st to know well about the same.

                            I was going to europe for some official work and needed an international calling sim. My colleague suggested trying the service from clay telecom as he had already used it in the past. So, i bought the sim on his request and found that they really do provide a good service.
                            The network connectivity was awesome and i didn’t face any call drops or problem in using data service. The customer support is also good and they are always ready to listen to your issues patiently and try to help you in every way possible.
                            It was a satisfactory experience using the services of clay telecom and will use it again for my next abroad trip.

                            Never using Clay Mobile sims again. Cheats of the highest order. Refused to refund my monies even though their sim was defected and broken and didn’t work. Logic given: Pre-paid sims, we don’t take any responsibility of how the product works or doesn’t work.

                              This was my 2nd time when i used sim card of clay telecom and i was completely satisfied by their services. The connectivity of the sim card was strong as i did not face any issue in calling.
                              Initially i got problem with my data but when i complaint to the customer care team they resolved my problem without giving any excuses. Afterwards i used data service for uploading my pics, chatting, browsing and social media.
                              I would advise others to also use sim cards of clay telecom to make their travel inconvenience free.

                                I have never experienced such terrible customer services than what i did with clay sim cards recently. I was buying the sim card off their website. Ths card was for uk. So i picked their 2999 inr option, landed up paying somewhere close to 3500 rs which is fine, but paying 3500 over and over again after 3 failed transactions is uncool. And in all these 3 transactions the money got debited from my card. Now i called their customer centre, and it was epic conversation where they said the transaction isn’t reflecting, neither failed nor successful. Hence they cannot action it or refund it. I emailed them the message screenshots also, but they had nothing to say. Infact had the guts to say that if i want a new sim card, i can go ahead and buy it from the website. Now after 3 failed, paid attempts, they expect me to try the process for the 4thâ time. I mean i really have to be an # to do so. Never buying their sim cards again ever!

In such cases in which the amount doesn't reflect in the company's bank account, the bank reverses the amount automatically in the customer's bank account. Please be assured that the amount will be reversed back in your account.

                                  I purchased us prepaid sim card from hyderabad airport as i had to attend my cousin wedding. Initially, i did not face any issue with connectivity and data, but later on the network started fluctuating. That caused no issue in calling, but neither i could browse nor could upload my pics on social sites.
                                  I contacted the customer care team of the company, and then they asked me to switch off my cell phone for once. Then the network was full and my data started working properly.
                                  Overall i had good experience with the services of clay telecom and would prefer it again for my next trip.

                                    I had to visit us, 2 months back, for a project work. So, i purchased a sim card from clay telecom, but could do it just 1 day prior to my take-off and could not go through the instructions very well.
                                    After i landed in us, i was unable to make any calls to my home or to my office which made me frustrated. Somehow i managed to get in touch with the customer support team of clay telecom and just blasted on them, but they handled me with patience and helped me understand the whole dialing process, after which i didn’t had any issues with the calling and data connectivity throughout my trip.

                                      I am a regular abroad flyer and always prefer sim card of clay telecom for my connectivity. The sim provides seamless connectivity while calling, even the data connectivity is also strong which helps me checking my mails, browsing, updating social sites and much more.
                                      Apart from this they provide customized and tailor made solutions which easily fits within the budget and the requirement of the customers.
                                      The company also provides customer support for 24*7 in case of any inconvenience rises during the trip.

                                        I am a regular business traveler and it’s been 4 years since i am using services of clay telecom. The connectivity remains always seamless and strong which helps me connect with my work without any hassle.

                                        Even the data network is very good which helps me send emails, update social media and many more.

                                        Clay telecom is one of the highly recommended international sim card providers in india.
