dear sirs,we provide a bit of land of about 3000 sft to erect a tower for M/S BHARTI INFRATEL LTD ,and the rent came in force from feb' 2009.they pay a rent of rs.5000/- pm and without any letter they refuse to pay it since July 2010.the tower is still in my premises and i made so many calls to them where i found no response.
now it is a listed company and i never came to know the way of retaining my land and the arrears.
if any one knows pls guide me .

Dear sir

Under the instructions of my above named client i serve upon you the following legal notice that you in the year 2010 acquired land measuring 7 (Seven) marlas approximately belonging to my said client for building up mobile tower at pingalgam singo narabal pulwama & in this behalf all the preconditions for land acquisition were completed by my said client, the revenue papers affidavits, agreement copies etc were all handed over to you and you physically took over the possession of the said piece of land, moreover the monthly rent agreed over to be paid by you to my said client after due deliberations was fixed @ rs.6800/= per month. That despite a lapse of more than one & a half year you have not paid the monthly rentals nor have you given employment to one of the family members of my client as was agreed by you at the time of agreement that you were so many times requested by my client to pay the rentals which you have failed moreover you have subjected my client to great financial loss as the land in question was an orchard giving a yearly yield to my client but by your taking over of the same the land in question has turned barren.& the standing trees have all fallen down that since you are legally bound to pay the amount due to my client, you are hereby through the medium of this notice informed to redress the genuine grievance of my client within a period of four weeks failing which my client shall be constrained to initiate proceedings interms of section 420 ipc & suit for specific performance of contract at your cost & responsibility

Sub: notice to quit and vacate the possession with all installations, equipments, and appliances of mobile phone tower at premises No. B-14, Satyajit Kanan,P.S. Kasba, now Purba Jadavpur, Kolkata 700 099.

Sir/Madam:-

I, the undersigned, being the absolute Sole Owner of two storied building at KMC Premises No. 911/1, Mukundapur being Postal Address B-14, Satyajit Kanan, P.S. Kasba, now Purba Jadavpur, Kolkata 700 099 in great grief and annoyance would like to raise my strict objection over your act and state to request you to vacate my possession occupied by you as per followings:-

1) That you had made me to enter by Agreement of License initially dated 6.7.2007 also imposed me to admit some awful terms and conditions and on the basis of such agreement you installed mobile tower on the roof of my building with huge quantity of other accessories under your responsibility.
2) That it was unthinkable to understand at the beginning that such equipment of heavy load is not bearable by a house like my building, for which often I raised my objection over your activity but you never paid heed over the serious matter, more over you gradually installed more heavier equipments on our roof on different plea and for your own interest made me to put signature on different other unlawful Supplementary /Additional Agreements in your favour.
3) That all along the period and almost every all the time, your men, unknown persons, outsiders are using my stairs, passage roof, neglecting my objection, which I feel very awkward and risk for the Security maintenance, structural condition of building wherein I am Single Woman is living. Moreover the structural condition of my building is deteriorating massively day by day caused by overload.
4) That the various agreements you made with me imposing dormant and mischievous terms and conditions to be treated illegal as in the eye of law.
5) That I have strict objection over your attitude, act, illegal activity and retain my right to restrict your entry in my building, which the liberty I prevail as per the law of land, which you please note.

By this letter I further state to inform you that I have the right to ignore and protest all your terms and condition, still then at the present juncture, in good gesture I request you to remove, quiet and vacate the possession accepted by you on the floor top of at Premises B-14, Satyajit Kanan, Kolkata 700 099, along with your accessories at your responsibility and cost within immediate effect of 15 days on receipt of this letter otherwise you shall compel me to seek, relief against you as per law for which you shall be treated every responsible.

Hope you would realize the grave situation and act accordingly.

month april 2011 to june 2011 6000/- + july 11 to sep. 11 6000/- tower rent not recieved up to 14.08.11. my site id mc 1376 indore zone. sir if the rent not recieved by 16.08.11 i"ll help in court. sir maine bahut sare phone calls indore, gurgoan aur ratlam C.I. ko kare he lekin aaj tak rent recieved nahi huwa he. please help me.

Dear Sir,
I belong to very small village Gaurdaha, near by my village in posta, we have only one mobile network & network provider is Bharti airtel (Site id-3162), but as the network concern the signal quality always very poor, & connectivity is also always going down.For example my home is under 500 meter radius of tower (air distance) but we can not able to receive proper network.
when we communicate with site technician he said there is BTS related problem & problem only solve if company will take interest on that issue.
we villagers very much depends upon mobile network for distance communication.
i hope this massage will get positive response by company...

We are associated with Bharti Infratel since 2000. Initially we were satisfied with the rental payments procedure but now we are fad up with rental payment proceeding at Indore Branch level. The comopany in 2009 has unauthorisely used the lease land situated at 4, Ram Rahim Colony, Rau by sharing with TATA. Later on in 2010 company has signed MOU regarding same, in 2011 company has not yet intimate us about setting aside sharing with TATA and reducing lease rental. We are now interested in legal proceedings against Bharti Infratel for Breach of trust.

We request you to kindly look into matter and oblige.

I would like to inform to the area manager of BHARTI INFRATEL Assam .India.
Previously I wrote once that MR. FAIZUR RAHMAN (MOB.-[protected]), Hoiborgaon Nagaon(ASSAM).Demanded himself a BHARTI INFRATEL 'S WORKER and for stublishing a telecom tower on my land he took from me 50000.00 Rupees as advanced.But later by the help of a BHARTI INFRATEL employee from guwahati I got back rupees 50000.00 from FAIZUR RAHMAN.

After Three months later That tower is going to stublish(construction has just began) at approx 500meters away from my land at where THE TOWEWR could have been STUBLISHED better because my place is comfortable(Available electricity,non flood effected area) for TELECOM TOWER, .

But The area (MD. ISMAIL ALI S/O- LATE SANUHAR ALI,VILL-PASCHIM MOUDONGA.PS-MURAZAR.,PO-BORHAWOR ,NAGAON(ASSAM)INDIA) at where the Tower is stublishing is a flood effected area,There are no electricity connected line,
so how the company worker selected that place insted of a better place near of it.??
May be The company worker TOOK MORE THAN 50000.00 RUPEES FROM HIM for stublishing tower on his land.?????
There are no responsibilitis on company worker for profit of the company???
Sir Dont you think that this is the wrong place at where the TOWER is stublishing???
Sir dont you think that company worker must have reponsibilty for profit of the company????
worker takes money from people and stublish TOWER AT WRONG PLACE.....
I think it is not a good way of an idol company,...
So I Request you please inquiry the matter as soon as possible......

I am Babrul Hussain Chowdhury Saying here.
I had given a complaint against a BHARTI INFATEL LTD company's worker,who had taken a sum of amount 50000 Rupees from me by cheating.

But now I HAVE TAKEN BACK THE COMPLAINT against of BHARTI INFATEL LTD. company's worker.

Because I have been known by the help of BHARTI INFRATEL that actually the person(who addressed himself to me as a BHARTI INFRATEL worker) is not a BHARTI INFRATEL worker.
After all I have got refund My lost whole mony by the help of BHARTI INFRATEL LTD. company.
I am really greatful to the company.
My opinion,There is no dought that BHARTI INFRATEL LTD IS A HONEST,TRUSTFUL AND MOST REPUTED COMPANY.

on 24/05/2010 a person named Mr.Faijur Rahman,mobile no. [protected], Hoiborgaon ,Nagaon Assam a Bharti Infratel ltd company's worker came to my house and asked the permission to stublish a telecom tower at on the land of my ownership.He told me agains of my given land The Bharti infratel will offer me 4000 rupees per mont for 20 years.
And so he asked to give him 60000 thousend rupees as a security money,so I gave him 50000 rupees in advanced.
but later he refused to have 50000 Rupees from me and going to stublish the telecom tower to another place of defferent ownership.

so I inform you I am going through court case for cheatin and getting my rupees return.

I worked with Bharti Infratel Ltd through Mafoi Consultencey pay rol as a Team Leader (OMCR), I had resigned 31st Oct 2009 and i had completed my resignation formalities & and all the papers send to EPF Office, Chennai through my Employer. But still there is no updatd regarding this.
