I have made a purchase of 870 rs on 09/04/2016 in ganga nagar Meerut u.p.
There is one discount scheme going on where in on purchase of 500 or above discount coupon is being given to the customer but neither is was informed nor was given any coupon.
today when I revisited the store then I saw that scheme so I asked the cash counter boy so he asked to discuss it with store Manager but the store manager Mr. amod without even checking or asking the sales boy reverted in such arrogant tone that 'hamko kya pata coupon Mila ya Nahi. roz ate hai aise customers n blah blah n blah.
I guess retail business is all about customer satisfaction but it wasn't visible here in Meerut store.
Rather the store manager told us to complain it whom so ever we want to.
As if we being a regular customer of easy day would lie for a discount coupon of mere 50 rs.
hope to see an early and Satisfactory revert form your end else I don't think I would ever visit your store again nor would let my family and friends visit the store.

    Hi, I have recharged mobile number [protected] with Rs 250 (Transaction ID 515243) on 21st Jan'15. The transaction was not successful and received an error message (attached with the complaint). As per Airtel, the money will be credited back in 48 hours to my account but I have not received the money since 1 month. Please credit the money back into my account. Thanks, Saurabh Mehndiratta

    My name is Dr Jyotinder and I live in Tanda Urmar, district hoshiarpur, Punjab.I along with many customers are facing problem with verka milk that we buy from EasyDay ( Bharti retail), which alwys turns into cheese whenever we tried to boil it !! And it's been happening since many days Please look into the matter

      On 11th February 2015, I purchased some grocieries from Easy Day Store, located at Kashipur (Uttarakhand) which includes an ACT II Popcorn Combi pack with a MRP of Rs. 50, but store charged me for Rs. 75. Apart from this there was an offer on Shakti Bhog Besan, 1 kg Pack that you will get the pack of MRP Rs. 85 at Rs. 63, but store charged me Rs. 73 for that item.         Dear Easyday, Before using consumer complaints I tried to reach you on Bharti Retail Limited Customer Feedback, I couldn't as the there was an error while sending feedback in the feedback section. Few days back we bought Electrolux C23J101.BB-CG at your Easyday outlet in Hubli, Karnataka. The installation and demo of the product was not satisfactory. To bluntly speak, the Demo personnel himself was not well educated about the product. Hence I request you to send a knowledgeable person for the demo. Thank you, Sharad Rubdi

            Hi, I have recently purchased a Voltas AC from Easy Day store situated at Sohna Road, Gurgaon on 9 th Jun 2014 vide Regd Mobile # [protected]. I was told by the store manager that it will be delivered and installed at my place in Gurgaon itself on the same day i.e. 9 th Jun 2014. I agreed to purchase form EasyDay store because the store manager promised me that it will get installed on the same day at my place. The AC got delivered on 10th Jun 2014 and till now, it has not been installed. I never expect that Easy Day make false promises to their customers to meet sales target. I urgently need that AC for my father who is not well and its difficult for him to stay without AC. EasyDay never understand these things and just focus on your sale. The store manager should have informed me before sale that it can’t be delivered on the same day and installed only after three days. I would have purchased that AC from somewhere else. At least inform that it can’t get that installed on the day of delivery, I would have make my own arrangements to get that installed so that my father wouldn’t have to suffer in summers. This is clearly unprofessional and unethical practice that EasyDay is following. Thanks Hemant Kumar [protected]

              This is in reference to the transaction occurred via credit card on 05/12/2013 @Bharati retails t/a Easyday mart . in Sector-93, Noida.. and amount was Rs. 2743.92/-. The transaction was unsuccessful as per merchant but the payment amount was deducted from my account nevertheless.They have advised me to speak with the ICICI customer care after which i sent a mail with a copy signed by merchant for the disputed transaction to my Bank.. my bank is taking more than 3-4 months to investigate the issue.. this was the fault from Bharti Mart not from my side.. they denied me to take the goods i bought from them on the same day.. i'm keep on following them and spoke to their manager Mr. Adwait but they are very rude and not answering me properly and keep on saying talk to your bank.. I'm really helpless.. i have done many formalities by filling form and by following my mails and a lot of things.. and still waiting for my money which i paid to them for nothing.. It's already been more than 3 months..

                On 31st july 2013 I visited the easy day for my grocery shopping. Back home when I checked my bill I noticed that one item Mohun's corn flake bearing MRP of Rs.41/- was charged Rs.46:74p. Immediately I made a phone call and to my surprise the person receiving the phone was so rude and behaved in such a way as if I am at fault. I was asked to come immediately with the bills for settlement failing which the retailer will not be responsible.
                Is it the way the customers are being cheated and not even apologise for the fault.

                  Today i went to easyday at magnet mall bhandup for buying some stuff. when i was coming down from the 1st floor of shop, the store manager nitin start shouting me because of some reason and when i asked this is not the way to behave with customer he said" MARUNGA OR MARKAR BHAGA DUNGA WE DON'T NEED CUSTOMER" after hearing this i got scared and 2 staff member come closer then i went out because of threat of branch manager nitin. please help me for this. and guide me wh

                    We were initially happy that there was a good consumer shopping market but the next day this shopping market showed its true colors.
                    It states that it works on alterations of different set of clothes accordingly for free of cost
                    eg :Pants.

                    We purchased a pant the first day we visited and found out that the person who works on alteration is on leave. We were told that they would come next day.

                    When we went to the shop next day we were told first that the person was on leave again.When we probed them further then they told us openly to get the alteration done outside.

                    If they do not perform any alterations of clothes why unnecessarily misguide the customers?.There is not even a single individual like a supervisor who knows how to handle customers.It is just the shopping staff who lack the basics on how to communicate with their customers with no proper co-ordination among st themselves.

                      I have purchased two pkts of Namkeen worth Rs. 99(total bill) from easyday rewari on 16-12-11 and give debit card for payment to them they asked that please give cash as your debit card is not working and i paid cash worth rs.99 after some time i have recd a message that Rs99 (twice) s deducted from your account.Please do needful in this regard.
