[Resolved]  Bharti Telemedia Limited — Horrible experience with Airtel Digital STB

Raised a complaint to Airtel Digital stating, my Digital STB is not working. The Service Request# 40465966 was raised on 8th Oct 2014. Spoke to Customer Care, they gave a commitment that the problem would be resolved by 10th Oct 2014. Even after regular follow-up with the customer care team the problem is not resolved till today i.e. 11th Oct 2014. Now they have come up with another reason some approval is required in order to resolve my issue. These people will be able to resolve only by 13th Oct 2014. With deep regret i state that in today's world it is really difficult to stay without TV for more than 96 hours.
