Property not registered by Bhashyam developers

I bought a piece of land at Bhashyam Developers Golden County on July 27th 2013. Property cost:9.8 lakhs. 1 lakh was paid on the same day and paid 3.9 lakh on Aug 30th 2013 as told by Bhashyam developers. I was told that they would register the property by Oct 1st at time I will have to pay the remaining amount. Till now the registration is not done almost 4 months have passed the due date. every time I call they assure that registration...

hallow are you Mad you check all enquiries by VUDA first ,after words you give the statement, in vizag to get vuda LP.NO they will check each and every doccument about land and final they will enquire and they will announce the LP.NO. dont give this type of statements next time & take back this words otherwise we will take action.

BHASHYAM DEVELOPERS, REAL ESTATE, VIZAG CHEATING citizens by FAKING layout plan

BHASHYAM DEVELOPERS, REAL ESTATE, VIZAG is tying to CHEAT citizens by faking the layout plan... They are charging Rs3500 per sq yard , claiming it as VUDA approved layout. They also give you the layout plan (lp) ad LP No. But BE AWARE as the layout is being FAKED by them .. If you enquire with VUDA yu will come to know about the actual layout plan. Be aware while buying a vuda approved polt from BHASHYAM DEVELOPERS. The are MALPRACTICING...
