Address: Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh

I bought a piece of land at Bhashyam Developers Golden County in July 18th 2013. Property cost:18.5 lakhs. I have paid 8 lakhs during the agreement of sale done in July. I was told that they would register the property by Oct 1st at time I will have to pay the remaining amount. Till now the registration is not done almost 7 months have passed the due date. They have been dragging this every time I approach them for status. They are not going to register the plots in the near future. This is unfair to their customers. I have lost patience and taking a legal action on them.

    Property not registered by Bhashyam developers

    I bought a piece of land at Bhashyam Developers Golden County on July 27th 2013. Property cost:9.8 lakhs. 1 lakh was paid on the same day and paid 3.9 lakh on Aug 30th 2013 as told by Bhashyam developers. I was told that they would register the property by Oct 1st at time I will have to pay the remaining amount. Till now the registration is not done almost 4 months have passed the due date. every time I call they assure that registration...

    hallow are you Mad you check all enquiries by VUDA first ,after words you give the statement, in vizag to get vuda LP.NO they will check each and every doccument about land and final they will enquire and they will announce the LP.NO. dont give this type of statements next time & take back this words otherwise we will take action.

      BHASHYAM DEVELOPERS, REAL ESTATE, VIZAG is tying to CHEAT citizens by faking the layout plan... They are charging Rs3500 per sq yard , claiming it as VUDA approved layout. They also give you the layout plan (lp) ad LP No. But BE AWARE as the layout is being FAKED by them .. If you enquire with VUDA yu will come to know about the actual layout plan. Be aware while buying a vuda approved polt from BHASHYAM DEVELOPERS. The are MALPRACTICING and faking the layout plans.. Dont go by their LP NOs ... The LP NO and the layout plan they share with you DOES NOT MATCH when you enquire at VUDA.

      You have faked the L.P NO sent another layout and WASTED my time... I know about the VUDA process...We did check with VUDA about it before complaining...

      I have all the proofs with me and will upload your mails and FAKE documents you shared with me... You can mail me on this id ... Let us see who is GUILTY HERE...

      What about Bhashyam's Elite County 3 in Hyderabad. They are booking plots without HMDA approval and saying approvals will come soon. Any body booked the plots there?

      I have purchased a plot in Bhashyam Ozone County by paying an amount of 5, 00, 000 in advance. After that, As the plot is cross in dimensions, I have requested multiple times and visited the venture to check the dimensions. After fallowing up multiple times, Bhashyam realtors (Mr Pavan) gave very rude reply and he asked me to pay the whole amount in the form of CASH. I have rejected that. I told them i will pay the amount in Cheque and will go for loan. After that they sent me a letter saying that the plot cannot be allocated to you. They are behaving so rude. I tried to contact Mr Praveen who is a managing director of Bhashyam realtors and want to explain him how rude their staff is behaving with customers and how they are using Bhashyam brand and making people fools. After keeping my money for 4 months, they forced me to cancel my booking by using abusive language. They just use your money. don't buy plots in Bhashyam. Better go for good builder like Green city estates, Sark, Aparna.
