This fraudster tried calling me in reponse to the ad had put online for a flat. Since I was suspicious of his ids, I tried searching online and found many posts on the same ids and person. I am surprised how is he not caught yet ??? His Aadhar and PAN card nos are verified....

Imperia Esfera project in Gurgaon sector 37C is headed for indefinite delay in providing possession. The builder has taken almost 20% payment from buyers and is not completing the construction which is leading to delay in the possession.

I am a victim of the so called project by the builder. The concept of virtual property in itself is a fraud concept. Here conceptually the builder is supposed to give you an assured return of 12% but it neither gives you that neither the procession, nor the rights to occupy OR to sell. So in nutshell you don't own anything and you realise that your money is gone and that you are victim of a ponzy scheme which fundamentally is fraud. Welcome...

There is no any construction is going on phase 1 or phase 2 by the builder.

The building is good but thay are spoiling there reputation.
We are not sure when we expect our home.
Buider is Delaying to build phase 2 also.
And construction and quality of meterial is not up to the mark.

Buider should think about the speed of construction and quality of construction.
Rest all fine....

There has been no progress in the project and despite of multiple visits to their office and multiple communications with their CRM no solution has been provided to get refunds and interests applicable. They have been holding our money with them for so many years....
