Bhashyam developers, venture name: central park, vizag.
I am doing followup with their marketing team from last 3 years. But from the day 1 they are saying lp number not recevied and it will be coming in another 15 to 20 days. Am fedup with these answers from last 3 years. I have paid 50% of amount to the company.

Please suggest and take action against to this.

Let me know anything i can do legally on this. I have all proofs including agreement.

Most o[censored]s don't know that getting LP number is not Final approval. LP number getting means getting Draft layout approval. They will mortagage few plots to HMDA to get final approval. HMDA not giving final approval to most of the layouts (Don't know the reason, may be currupted ). Until unless final approval, you can not construct the house in the layout.
Most of the layouts in HMDA limits are not getting final approvals. You can find the status in HMDA site . http://220.227.252.236/Permissions/LO.aspx
Usually these developers force you take as the plots are not available once final approval comes. Taking plot without final approval means, blocking your money. And you may not get even what you invested if final approval not there. HMDA gives lot of reasons for not giving final approval. Sad thing is that before giving Draft layout (LP number ) they don't have reasons.. Based on LP number Developer sells plots and takes his profit and exit from the layout. No story starts, there are different buyyers, they don't have co-ordination and finally don't get final approval.
I invested some money in Draft layout venture and finally come to know this. Most of Bhashyam developers layouts did not get final approval till 2014. I have taken plot in 2016 and waiting for last one year.
