Hello sir

I D. Suresh i purchase the plot in 2014 in bhashyam developers central park. I paid an advance of 50, 500 now i want a plot otherwise i have to pay interest on the amount paid.

Dear BAF Customer, your loan A/c No. TW009INR00695670 with outstanding Rs. 999.68 is overdue. Kindly pay the same immediately to avoid further legal action. Thanks BAF India

Sorry bashyam, never thought I would right negative about the you, because I trusted the brand a lot. Until last payment I was foolishly believing the brand. I was told to pay 32lakhs for 200 sq yards (16000rs per yard)plus registration payment in county 4 nandigama. So I thought to pay half amount and half as loan.But because of pandemic they have told that loan is not possible and asked me to pay entire amount. But I tried and paid all the amount in 3install ment and on my final installment, I have seen all the shocks. They increased per yard price to 16300rs.i had argued then then agreed it's their mistake. Next immediately after 5mins they(ramesh and srinivas) asked to pay extra charge for east facing which marketing executives have conveyed intial days that there would not be any such thing later on. Then again I argued then they accepted their mistake. Now finally after five minutes they thought lot and come up with new trick to loot my money. In agreement it was clearly mentioned that plot size is 200sq yards and now they said because of hmda plan changes my plot size increased to 205sq yards so I have to pay more 81000 rs . This is were I lost my patience. Not sure what to do now. I have asked for Md's contact number but the manager srinivas just ignored by request.i need justice. I cannot pay more money. I have struggled a lot to gather 32lakhs in one year. Now I feel disappointed for trusting bashyam.earlier I recommended many ppl to invest in bashyam but now am hating it's employees. I need to convey this to top management about the manager in sr nagar branch and marketing manager ramesh about the cheating they are doing to earn some extra money.

It's been long that bescom has taken the fuse and never returned or replaced it request the higher authority to take actions against this and assign someone to visit and put a fuse on the meter as the meter is running without fuse if there is any damage to the property solely bescom will be responsible for the damage.

I am planning to buy plot in bhashyam golden county, patighanpur, patancheru mandal, sangareddy sro. During cross checking i don't find lp number in hmda website. Could you please explain me why we are not able to locate final layout and lp details in hmda website.

Hi, i have taken plot no - 61 (383 sq yrds) in bhashyam golden county, survey no 616/part & 617/part in ghanpur village, patighanpur, patancheru mandal, sangareddy dist. 616 & 617 are now part of prohibited survey no’s as they are part of court case os 96/2007. As i was planning to sell this plot the buyers are not able to get clearance from legal team when applying for loan, hence i need a supporting document stating that my plot is clear...

Hello Bhashyam Developers

A month ago, we came across a plot from ozone County in 99acres.com and the property broker's name is Tagaram Raju ([protected]). We approached him and went and saw the plot in Ozone County Plot number 204 west facing 259 sq yards. We liked it and gave advance of 25000 Rs which he didn't even provide a receipt as we tranferred the money online to below account details:

The reason why we transferred the money was that he made us believe that the plot was already seen by big shots and they are ready to buy it if we don't pay the advance booking amount. He asked us to transfer 1 lakh but to be on the safe side we just transferred rupees 25K. As we don't stay in hyderabad, we were asked to transfer the money and he will provide the receipt online. We thought of coming to Bhashyam office after 2 days and thought of paying some more money and take a receipt overall. But Soon after that next day he called us along with his so called Director (Srinivas) and spoke very rudely asking for another 1.75 Lakhs money otherwise the plot wouldn't be ours.

I was shocked by the way his so called Director Srinivas Sir spoke to my father as they were so very nice before we paid that 25K amount. I was doubtful with their behaviour and started doing some research on these two names (Tagaram Raju and Srinivas)

I found out below comment on these two names from one of the other web site from same Bhashyam developers which says:

We back stpped on our decision and asked the money back and from the past 2 weeks he was saying all sought of stories to return the money back. We came to know that there are some many brokers like these who make easy money from people like us which is a real bad name to your company.

I tried reaching out to your SR Nagar office but no one answers the call.

I need my money back so please help me on this. This Tagaram Raju's fb profile is below. The was he speaks is so trustworthy before we paid the amount but after that it was quiet opposite.

We have booked a plot in ozone county kardhanur we have paid 25% after of the plot amount and waiting for that bhashyam developers to show the physical plot dimensions as the plot was cross in spite of following up for 2 months the did not show the dimensions and today they sentence the letter mentioning the plot cannot be allotted to us as we have not paid the 50% of the said amount we felt so cheated because we paid 25% of amount trusting them and they cheated by not showing the physical dimensions of the plot and sending us the deallotment letter. After speaking to the marketing director pawan we understood that he is not even ready to return the amount back and forcing us to register the plot within 10 days. They speak in such a rude way that cannot be explained. Please don't go for bhashyam.

Hi, i am nagesh racha, i have taken 200 square yards plot in bhashyam pioneer county at bhanur. My marketing executive is ch ramanji, he does not have patience to listen to customer concerns. He is completely changed after paying token amount rs/-200000. I am facing issue with registration cost, he is telling rs/-62, 000 and thirupathaiah kotha is telling rs/-40, 000. They do not have co-ordination among them. I have booked the plot with the brand value though i was getting cheaper in other ventures but it does not seems to be a branded company.

This is to bring to your kind notice, these people are not as professional as they seem to be, in the golden county near kolluru, they have changed the location of the plots many times, the number seems to be same but the location will be changed, for your surprise you will know it after registration, also in this venture for the plot series 133, 134, 135, as per the plan there should be corner to corner road, but the adjacent plot owner has build the wall on the road, which now does not have any connectivity to end to end and some plots does not have road also. Request the bhasyam to consider and please take back my plot and refund my money. So dont get cheated with the layout plan of bhasyam as they provide during initial agreement.

I am doing followup with their marketing team from last 3 years. But from the day 1 they are saying lp number not recevied and it will be coming in another 15 to 20 days. Am fedup with these answers from last 3 years. I have paid 50% of amount to the company.

Please suggest and take action against to this.

Let me know anything i can do legally on this. I have all proofs including agreement.

Registration with bhashyam against plots was done and an advance of 2 lakhs were paid 2 yrs back aginst plot at visakhpatnam. Due to personal situation wanted to cancel and requested the amount to be paid back.

The marketing person has never mentioned that
-amount cannot be transaferred to another plot or another project from bhashyam
-amount cannot be refunded

Since my mother is not english literate, she was not aware, was asked to sign without elabraoting on the conditions, which is she signed as initial agreement.

On further requests and continous followup, amount of 1, 60, 000 was paid back deducting rs 40, 000 for nothing.

As definitely the site value increases since booking, there should be no reason to deduct and it unfair practice and interest accrued.
I am aware of several such customers who have been cheated in this manner, am expecting this to be settled in a professional manner.

I have all the evidence to take it further will provide on request.

I bought a plot in platinum county 3rd april'16, on the day itself i had paid 1.5 lakhs in advance to y ramesh (Marketing director of bhashyam developers). Before paying money i asked him, if i face any financial issue you have to pay back my money then only i will pay advance. One of the marketing manager called me and spoke about the platinum county just one week before the launch of the project at gachibowli area hyderabad and took a token amount of 2 lakhs with an agreement of 8500/ - per sq yard . On the date of bhoomi pooja he said the rates increased by 500/- per sq yard . I asked them yo return the check but he said they deposited the check and will not return the amount ...Pls return my money asap.

Bhashyam Marketing guys called me 3 or 4 times and asked me to remove the Complaint and they said they will pay BUT same story again

They said they will return on 1st Dec-- Not Returned my money
Again They said they will return on 13th Dec -- Not Returned my money
Again They said they will return on 22nd Dec -- Not Returned my money
Again They said they will return on 29th Dec -- Not Returned my money
Again when I asked when u will return -- No response till now

Dear Bhashyam Management,

This is really mismangement from your side and NO Customer will ready to invest in your ventures if this is the case.

Kindly talk to your marketing guys and please return my money asap, please note I have given my 10 lacks cheque only thinking your company name and not any individual.


Its been 3 years, I am struggling to get my money back!!!

I had very bad experience with Bhashyam Developers. Marketing guy, Mr.Ramesh Yelkicherla & his brother Srinivas took me to Bhashyam through my friend and I paid 10 lacks cheq for a corner plot and they have given agreement.

After 1 year of waiting, they bluffed me saying the plot is not available asked me for other plot and when I forced for corner plot, he asked me to wait and will be given in next venture. again after...

I Have booked one plot in Central Park Vizag. Initially Mr. Giridhar said that he will take care of the plot numbers and all. After few days we received one notice from Bhashyam developers stating that I need to pay 50% of the total amount to go for agreement of the plot. But till that plot number not confirmed from him. I called him and informed about the notice and he said he will take care of that and don;t worry you can pay when I told to do. But all of sudden last from last week onwards he started telling no plots available you have to look into some other project for getting plot. SHOCKED!!! when I inquiry with their Branch manager he said all plots in that project already sold out long ago only. We are into deep trouble. I bought a plot from Bhashyam developers and had to go thru mental agony until it got registered. The staff (Jayaram) does not know anything about process and professionalism. He even threatened us. Before buying any plot from them, 1. Look at their previous ventures and check for security and amenities. 2. Also check for the approved layout with respective UDAs.
